This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop, oversee, and expand AI workflows aimed at content creation, campaign execution, and sales enablement (including drafting assistants, content repurposing pipelines, and lead-scoring agents).
• Identify repetitive and high-volume marketing tasks, then create, implement, and assess the automation solutions that take their place.
• Assess and incorporate AI tools and agents into the marketing technology stack.
• Compose and enhance prompts, establish guidelines, and document workflows to enable the team to operate independently.
• Ensure output quality, accuracy, and brand consistency, while adjusting workflows as tools and requirements evolve.
• Manage HubSpot daily operations: contact properties, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, workflows, email campaigns, and reporting, automating wherever reliable AI can handle the tasks.
• Collaborate with Operations and external partners to develop AI SDR agents that enhance qualification and outreach efforts.
• Create and sustain dashboards and reports that provide clear insights into pipeline, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs.
• Integrate HubSpot with the marketing and AI tool stack, ensuring data remains clean, structured, and well-governed.
• Document CRM processes to ensure all regions utilize a unified playbook.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, sales, and product teams to transform ideas into tangible results.
• A portfolio or specific examples of AI/automation workflows that you've developed and implemented in a marketing context (be prepared to discuss one during the interview).
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within B2B or SaaS environments.
• At least 2 years of hands-on expertise with HubSpot: administration, workflows, lead management, and reporting.
• Proficiency with at least one automation platform (such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or HubSpot workflows/Breeze) beyond merely using AI chat tools.
• Sound judgment on where AI proves beneficial and where it may fail or pose risks.
• Ability to document a process so that a non-technical colleague can execute it independently.
• A data-driven perspective: you can demonstrate whether a workflow has made a measurable impact, supported by data.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Bonus if you have:
• Experience in building or configuring an AI SDR/outbound agent.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and guardrail design for production workflows (not just casual prompting).
• Familiarity with a scripting or no-code logic tool (e.g., basic JavaScript in Zapier/Make, or similar).
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Flexible working hours and remote work opportunities.
• Professional development and continuous learning support.
• Health and wellness programs.
• Collaborative and innovative work environment.
