This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
• Develop, oversee, and expand AI workflows for content generation, campaign implementation, and sales enablement (including drafting assistants, content repurposing pipelines, and lead-scoring agents).
• Recognize repetitive, high-volume marketing tasks, and then design, implement, and assess the automation that substitutes them.
• Assess and incorporate AI tools and agents into the marketing technology stack.
• Craft and enhance prompts, establish guidelines, and document workflows so that the team can manage them independently.
• Ensure output quality, accuracy, and brand consistency, and adjust workflows as tools and requirements evolve.
• Manage HubSpot on a daily basis: overseeing contact properties, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, workflows, email campaigns, and reporting, automating wherever AI can reliably handle the tasks.
• Collaborate with Operations and external partners to develop AI SDR agents that enhance qualification and outreach.
• Create and sustain dashboards and reports to provide clear insights into the pipeline, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs.
• Integrate HubSpot with the marketing and AI tool stack, ensuring data remains clean, organized, and governed.
• Document CRM processes so that all regions operate from a unified playbook.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, sales, and product teams to transform ideas into tangible results.
• Drive projects to successful completion within deadlines, maintaining clear communication among stakeholders.
• Minimum of 2 years in marketing operations, preferably in B2B or SaaS environments.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot: including administration, workflows, lead management, and reporting.
• Proficient with at least one automation platform (such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or HubSpot workflows/Breeze) beyond merely using AI chat tools.
• Sound judgment in determining where AI is beneficial and where it may fail or pose risks.
• Capability to document processes so that a non-technical colleague can execute them autonomously.
• A data-driven approach: able to demonstrate the impact of a workflow with quantifiable metrics.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Bonus qualifications include:
• Experience in building or configuring an AI SDR/outbound agent.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and designing guardrails for production workflows (not just casual prompting).
• Exposure to a scripting or no-code logic tool (e.g., basic JavaScript in Zapier/Make, or similar).
• Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
• Opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Flexible working arrangements to promote work-life balance.
• Collaborative and innovative work environment.
