Marketing AI & Automation Specialist

Posted Jul 29

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop, oversee, and enhance AI workflows for content creation, campaign implementation, and sales enablement (including drafting assistants, content repurposing pipelines, and lead-scoring agents).

• Recognize repetitive, high-volume marketing activities, then conceptualize, deploy, and assess automation solutions to replace them.

• Assess and incorporate AI tools and agents into the marketing technology stack.

• Compose and refine prompts, establish guardrails, and document workflows to enable the team to operate independently.

• Ensure output quality, accuracy, and brand consistency, while adjusting workflows as tools and requirements evolve.

• Manage HubSpot on a daily basis: including contact properties, lifecycle stages, lead statuses, workflows, email campaigns, and reporting, automating wherever AI can efficiently perform the tasks.

• Collaborate with Operations and external partners to create AI SDR agents that enhance qualification and outreach efforts.

• Construct and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear insights into the pipeline, campaign performance, and marketing KPIs.

• Integrate HubSpot with the marketing and AI tool stack, ensuring data remains clean, structured, and governed.

• Document CRM processes to ensure all regions operate from a unified playbook.

• Collaborate with marketing, operations, sales, and product teams to transform ideas into tangible results.

• Lead projects to completion within deadlines, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A portfolio or specific examples of AI/automation workflows you have developed and implemented in a marketing context (be prepared to discuss one during the interview).

• A minimum of 2 years in marketing operations, preferably within B2B or SaaS environments.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot: including administration, workflows, lead management, and reporting.

• Proficiency in at least one automation platform (such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or HubSpot workflows/Breeze) beyond merely using AI chat tools.

• Sound judgment regarding where AI can provide assistance and where it may fail or pose risks.

• Capability to document processes in a manner that allows a non-technical colleague to execute them independently.

• A data-driven approach: you can substantiate whether a workflow influenced outcomes, with data.

• Exceptional written communication skills.

• Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in developing or configuring an AI SDR/outbound agent.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering and guardrail design for production workflows (not merely casual prompting).

• Familiarity with a scripting or no-code logic tool (e.g., basic JavaScript in Zapier/Make, or similar).

🏝️ Benefits

• Opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.

• Access to continuous learning and professional development resources.

• Collaborative team culture that values input and ideas.
