This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Deliver daily administrative assistance to account managers.
• Oversee inbox management and compose professional email correspondence.
• Complete account setups and keep client records well-organized.
• Monitor projects, deadlines, and workflows utilizing ClickUp.
• Create monthly content calendars using authorized material.
• Schedule posts across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, and X.
• Craft engaging, platform-tailored social media captions.
• Leverage AI tools to formulate content strategies and draft captions.
• Collaborate effectively with account managers and content teams.
• Previous experience in an administrative or virtual assistant capacity.
• Background in supporting marketing, social media, or account management teams is advantageous.
• Familiarity with creating social media posting calendars or utilizing scheduling tools is beneficial.
• Experience in writing captions or content across various social media platforms is a plus.
• Excellent administrative and organizational abilities.
• Strong written communication and caption crafting skills.
• Proficient in using AI tools for content development and workflow optimization.
• Competence with Google Workspace.
• Knowledge of ClickUp.
• Understanding of Hootsuite.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
• This position is available to candidates residing in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
