This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Deliver administrative assistance for human resources activities
• Facilitate seamless daily operations
• Aid in maintaining an organized and productive work atmosphere
• Provide support to the Human Resources function within the organization
• Assist with the daily operations of the HR department
• Responsibilities encompass: Pre-onboarding assistance, Job postings on aggregating platforms, Onboarding administration, Management of status change forms, Maintenance of employee files, Implementation of company policies and practices, Addressing employee inquiries, Management of shared inbox, Procurement of technology resources, Employment verification processes, Support in the performance management administration, and other general administrative tasks as assigned
• 0-3 years of experience in an administrative role
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Background in a technology-oriented environment
• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident legally authorized to work in the United States
