This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Dakota.
• Reporting to management and executing directives.
• Collaborating with management and staff on administrative issues.
• Monitoring account balances and overseeing petty cash management.
• Approving expenses and processing payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Verifying timesheets and facilitating payroll processing.
• Supervising the maintenance, repair, and replacement of office equipment and furniture.
• Organizing and managing meetings, conferences, workshops, and special events.
• Coordinating travel arrangements, managing conference calls, and handling RSVPs for events.
• Ensuring confidentiality with sensitive information and correspondence.
• Recruiting and training new Office Administrators.
• An Associate or Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a comparable senior administrative position.
• Advanced proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• Experience in payroll administration is a plus.
• Extensive experience in managing payments, budgets, and expenditures.
• Outstanding ability to manage office operations and supervise junior staff.
• Advanced skills in planning, scheduling, and executing office-related events.
• Comprehensive understanding of administrative recordkeeping practices.
• Experience in managing confidential and sensitive information.
