Marketing Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Client Success & Relationship Management: Assume responsibility for client relationships immediately after the Sales team finalizes new campaigns.

• Campaign Planning & Strategy: Craft campaign plans that are in line with client objectives and marketing aims.

• Campaign Execution: Oversee the complete execution of influencer marketing campaigns from the post-sale kickoff to the final reporting stage.

• Project Management: Create and uphold detailed project plans, timelines, task lists, approvals, and delivery schedules.

• Creative Coordination: Partner with creators and internal creative teams to produce engaging campaign assets.

• Budget Management: Handle campaign budgets of up to approximately $200,000 USD, ensuring campaigns stay within the approved financial limits.

• Campaign Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign performance across engagement, reach, conversions, ROI, and other critical performance indicators.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, Campaign Management, Account Management, or a similar client-facing position.

• Proven hands-on experience in managing marketing campaigns from the planning phase through execution and reporting.

• Strong Project Management abilities with experience in overseeing multiple concurrent projects.

• Demonstrated capability to manage a high-volume portfolio of campaigns.

• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders across various departments.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2).

• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret campaign performance data.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to shifting priorities.

• Comfortable managing projects across multiple international time zones.
