Market Strategy & Innovation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Formulate proactive market strategies and initiatives grounded in thorough analyses, and oversee their execution.

• Examine data, market dynamics, customer requirements, and competitors to pinpoint business opportunities.

• Lead cross-functional projects to ensure growth and distinctiveness.

• Deliver comprehensive market and competitive analyses to guide management and product teams.

• Inspire and promote innovative ideas while managing the rollout of new concepts.

• Develop and sustain sales enablement materials, including product descriptions and sales presentations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience in market and competitive analysis as well as supporting sales cycles, preferably within an IT setting.

• Basic comprehension of business processes.

• Capability to articulate complex topics in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Proficient user of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

• Fluent in both German and English, in written and spoken form.

• Readiness to travel frequently.
