This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Guides the team in creating and implementing a comprehensive strategy aligned with business objectives: ensures team members possess the authority, knowledge, and resources necessary to carry out the plan.
• Delivers business proposals to key contacts and distributor partners in a multi-tiered sales environment and negotiates agreements.
• Cultivates teamwork and collaboration, encouraging a unified approach across the team, region, and beyond.
• Focuses on customer and jobber needs, swiftly addresses issues, and considers the impact of actions on current customers and potential business growth.
• Recognizes customer base requirements and effectively applies value-added offerings to achieve regional objectives while prioritizing Axalta's interests.
• Oversees distribution within the territory and manages the elements of the distributor program, serving as the main point of contact.
• Regularly conducts successful monthly meetings with distributors and the team to attain desired outcomes.
• Introduces innovative opportunities and embraces challenges that contribute to the success of the territory.
• Maintains a balance between building strong, collaborative relationships with distributors and customers while prioritizing Axalta's interests and objectives.
• Manages team expenditures related to end-user investments, distributor credits, event sponsorships, and direct report(s) selling expenses.
• Understands both current and future business landscapes and industry trends to effectively prioritize, target, and retain existing customers while pursuing new ones.
• Comprehends and accurately conveys the key features and benefits of our products, colors, and services through well-structured proposals.
• Establishes disciplined work standards, setting performance expectations and holding the team accountable for results and behavior.
• Utilizes sales tools and educational resources to enhance efficiency and support continuous improvement.
• Commits to excellence and encourages the team to achieve peak performance.
• Provides coaching and immediate feedback to the team, while demonstrating and promoting teamwork with peers and others to fulfill customer needs.
• Welcomes change across all business dimensions, including emerging industry trends, new technologies, and innovative concepts to enhance territory performance.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 5-10 years of industry experience.
• Prior experience in managing and developing people is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of collision repair shop business fundamentals to effectively discuss and assess the sales process, front office administration, marketing, and operational processes with body shop personnel.
• Proven effective written, verbal communication, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated sales and negotiation expertise.
• Proficient in MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and Salesforce.
• Exhibits self-discipline and self-management, maintaining effective performance in unstructured and independent settings.
• Strong time management capabilities.
• Bi-Lingual candidates are preferred.
• Must be willing and able to travel throughout their market at least 50% of the time, as well as attend regional and broader team meetings and events.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
