Market Research Project Lead

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee the PMR division to provide insights-driven market research solutions for Life Sciences clients.

• Create and execute strategic plans aimed at driving business growth and enhancing our PMR services.

• Establish and nurture robust client relationships by comprehending their business goals and delivering tailored research solutions that address their needs.

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from proposal creation and study design to data collection, analysis, and reporting.

• Ensure the precision and quality of research outputs by adhering to industry standards and best practices.

• Remain informed about industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to uncover new opportunities and innovate our service offerings.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to enhance business development efforts and boost revenue growth.

• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members, promoting a culture of excellence and professional growth.

• Contribute to the expansion of Pando’s global HCP panel.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the Life Sciences sector.

• A proven history of successfully leading and managing market research projects from inception to completion.

• Strong analytical abilities to convert complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Demonstrated leadership skills with an emphasis on team building, talent development, and achieving results.

• A client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and surpassing client expectations.

• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and respond to evolving priorities and business requirements.
