This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +31 more states.
• Analyze trends, competitive dynamics, learner behaviors, program demand, and other factors influencing U.S. higher education.
• Review and monitor industry literature and research publications.
• Maintain a system for curating publications, competitive intelligence, and internal research/reports.
• Create and regularly update landscape summaries pertinent to higher education.
• Utilize third-party platforms and public datasets to explore markets, programs, populations, competitors, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and other teams on new programs, markets, audiences, and strategic inquiries.
• Provide data support for program portfolio reviews and new program proposals.
• Conduct ad hoc research on market and competitive trends.
• Develop, maintain, and update external data models and reports using tools like Microsoft Fabric/PowerBI.
• Monitor and summarize internal performance trends across products, segments, and demographics.
• Enhance reports and dashboards based on feedback, insights, and institutional objectives.
• Improve and anticipate feedback on analytical projects and tools.
• Present analysis findings to diverse audiences through various formats.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects using project management software.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Over 3 years of professional experience in market research.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in analyzing information, deriving meaningful insights, and communicating findings to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with terminology and data sources within the U.S. higher education sector.
• Capability to build and update models and reports in Fabric/PowerBI, including intermediate skills in DAX and PowerQuery.
• Proficient in Excel, including performing lookups and utilizing mathematical formulas.
• Experience in creating and delivering PowerPoint presentations to audiences ranging from executives to individual contributors.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Outlook, and project management tools.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data validation.
• Ability to responsibly utilize Artificial Intelligence for workflows, summarization, and analysis.
