Market Manager – Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Achieve internal sales targets and enhance account performance by utilizing BBC systems and sales methodologies.

• Acquire and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the beer industry, brewing processes, and BBC product offerings.

• Seek out new business prospects while also expanding existing accounts.

• Employ effective verbal and written communication skills with wholesalers, accounts, and colleagues, including the capability to deliver compelling presentations.

• Leverage internal and external data to strategize and pinpoint opportunities within the launch market.

• Cultivate strong partnerships with wholesalers and retailers by offering guidance and training within the designated geographic area.

• Consistently evaluate progress against Goals, Strategies, Objectives, and Tactics for the launch, reporting back to cross-functional teams and leadership.

• Oversee the launch budget in relation to sales initiatives.

• Organize monthly/quarterly Planning & Review meetings to assess current performance against objectives and promote BBC goals.

• Required travel of 80%, primarily within the local market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (4-year).

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and/or the food and beverage sector.

• Experience in managing wholesalers.

• Proven ability to establish, develop, and maintain sales relationships.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capable of collaborating effectively across various business units and teams.

• Willingness and ability to travel to different markets as required for meetings and training sessions.
