Market Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in implementing National and Regional strategic initiatives to meet individual and team sales objectives.

• Build, strengthen, and sustain essential relationships with end-user partners through tailored product and service solutions.

• Guide, mentor, and coach the team of Trade Specialists under your supervision to meet KPIs, deliverables, and objectives while enhancing End User development.

• Conduct effective "work withs" at least monthly, aimed at training, developing, and inspiring the team to increase market share.

• Collaborate with the Regional Field Trainer to ensure the team receives the necessary product and sales skills training, including proper techniques for product demonstrations, applications, and all aspects of the sales process.

• Serve as the local expert on all product lines.

• Act as a bridge between your team of Trade Specialists and other internal departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

• Relevant experience in the construction field may be accepted in lieu of a higher education degree.

• Over 5 years of experience in Sales or Marketing for Construction Supplies, with a proven record of achieving results preferred; prior management or team leadership experience is also preferred.

• A valid Driver's License and the physical capability to travel at least 50% of the month within the assigned territory.

• Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

• Familiarity with SalesForce, PowerBI, Showpad Coach, or other CRM/sales optimization tools is preferred.

• Must successfully pass an MVR & Drug Test.
