This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee distributor relationships within the designated region, focusing on contract management, pricing, portal administration, sales training, and business development events such as trade shows and customer gatherings, acting as a liaison between the regional field sales team and the distributor sales teams.
• Manage executive-level relationships, which include conducting quarterly business reviews, joint business planning, and similar initiatives.
• Collaborate with and support the Territory Sales Managers in the region to ensure strong alignment between the Diversey field sales teams and the key distributor sales teams.
• Monitor and report on distributor performance, growth, and other relevant metrics using sales reporting tools like Salesforce.com and any other necessary tools.
• Identify and cultivate new distributor accounts in the region as business needs arise, aiming to enhance Diversey’s presence and footprint in the assigned area.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is essential.
• A university degree is preferred.
• Previous experience managing distribution relationships at a senior level is necessary.
• Willingness to travel within the multi-state region approximately 50% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Resident of mainland BC, preferably in the Vancouver area.
