This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.
• Ensure the effective implementation of the WOW (Wow Operating Way) strategy across all locations.
• Oversee the operations of all locations within the assigned market through proactive collaboration with the respective General Managers.
• Monitor capture rates to guarantee that stores are maximizing their opportunities.
• Manage and hold team members accountable for shop performance by ensuring all employees comprehend the company mission to WOW every customer and strive for excellence, while confirming adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) and recognizing exceptional and subpar performances.
• Act as the liaison for load leveling in the market by conducting daily calls.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees.
• Enhance customer satisfaction by coaching staff and addressing customer concerns as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for ongoing education and professional development for all personnel.
• Engage in external marketing and team-building initiatives as needed.
• Foster safe and clean working environments; review audits and safety records of their locations.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and document any managers who fail to enforce safety protocols.
• Collaborate with corporate staff to drive the external growth of the assigned market and ensure internal reporting and communications align with or exceed the area business plan objectives.
• Review performance metrics with location managers and provide coaching to guarantee that all locations are achieving their potential.
• Maintain monthly communication with all claims managers and dealer accounts.
• Conduct monthly operational reviews and audits (in-person) with location managers and meet as needed.
• Promote and develop relationships with area insurance contacts and other referral sources.
• Ensure that stores respond to clients promptly.
• Minimum of five years of experience in the collision repair industry.
• At least three years of management experience.
• ICAR Platinum certification is preferred.
• Estimating license, if required by the state.
• Ability to interpret and understand financial statements.
• Extensive experience in estimating.
