This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Cultivate and oversee partner relationships within the designated territory.
• Take direct responsibility for managing accounts to achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Examine data and utilize data-driven insights to pinpoint and pursue strategic sales opportunities.
• Identify and onboard new, high-quality suppliers within the assigned region.
• Assist clients with the technical integration of software partners.
• Represent Airbnb at external meetings with Professional Hosts and during industry conferences.
• Inform clients about product updates and relay product and policy feedback to internal teams.
• Remain informed on Canadian short-term rental regulations at federal, provincial, and municipal levels.
• Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners.
• Foster robust, long-lasting partnerships.
• Serve as a key resource for local trends and market dynamics for both internal and external partners.
• Deliver prompt, effective service and occasional in-person support to professional hosts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, and customer support teams.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Over 2 years of experience in the tech or travel industry is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a leads pipeline and maintain a book of business.
• Strong quantitative skills with the capacity to interpret and apply data effectively.
• Capability to work both strategically and tactically, executing in uncertain environments.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage with clients through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Highly skilled in CRM software, including leads, opportunities, and core objects.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Must be located in British Columbia or Alberta.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory, typically once every quarter.
• A passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy.
• Bilingual ability in Mandarin or Cantonese is highly regarded.
