This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Take charge of the comprehensive market strategy for designated territories, establishing priorities related to acquisition, availability, pricing, and quality.
• Oversee managed accounts and deliver customized support to enhance performance, supply contributions, and client satisfaction.
• Achieve supply KPIs such as NALs, FTBLs, Forward Nights Available, and promote growth at the market level.
• Convert regional and country-specific strategies into localized action plans that foster supply growth and market vitality.
• Detect structural supply limitations and devise solutions to unlock supply and enhance performance.
• Keep track of market health indicators, recognizing trends, risks, and opportunities, while implementing corrective measures through WBR/MBR cycles.
• Launch and expand acquisition and optimization initiatives, including field sales and host engagement programs.
• Create and implement scalable playbooks to ensure consistent supply growth and performance.
• Collaborate with the Senior Market Manager for Brazil on market priorities and designated territories.
• Engage cross-functional stakeholders, including Public Policy, Communications, and Central Teams, to influence outcomes.
• Monitor performance against objectives while ensuring predictability and accountability.
• Prioritize initiatives based on their potential impact versus the effort required across acquisition, optimization, and retention.
• Over 7 years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or marketplace expansion.
• Experience is preferred in fast-paced or rapidly growing environments.
• Capability to define and implement market-level strategies in complex and dynamic settings.
• Skill in influencing without formal authority and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for translating data into actionable insights.
• Proficient in identifying high-impact opportunities, diagnosing underlying issues, and designing scalable solutions.
• Proactive, goal-focused, self-managed, and adept at prioritization and decision-making.
• Strong business acumen in uncertain and swiftly changing environments.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills along with effective stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
• Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is preferred.
