📋 Description

• Strategize, oversee, and implement testing cycles: Identify games, jurisdictions, questions, and timelines; ensure that the rationale is documented and accessible.

• Manage and enhance third-party AI agentic testing platforms: Set up runs, fine-tune agent instructions, evaluate and categorize outputs, and maintain communication with vendors.

• Execute thorough Data Quality Assurance: Analyze AI outputs, verify and reconcile data, identify trends, cross-check with client implementations, and resolve discrepancies prior to escalation.

• Conduct manual testing for scenarios not yet automated by agentic processes: Define, execute, and document manual tests according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Uphold a clear and understandable methodology, SOPs, and documentation of results for stakeholders.

• Deliver daily updates and progress reports during active cycles; ensure there is no backlog of QA tasks or unresolved issues.

• Address blockers to resolution, meticulously recording reasons and accountable parties.
