
Market Development Manager, Strategic Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Drive the promotion and sales of pump and compressor solutions targeting strategic markets.
• Carry out both internal and external sales activities: seek new accounts, arrange meetings, assess customer requirements, deliver sales presentations, negotiate pricing, address objections, and finalize sales.
• Employ and gain expertise in the AFS sales funnel process to identify and pursue leads and opportunities.
• Collaborate with integrators, distributors, and other relevant industry partners to pinpoint and exploit opportunities within targeted markets.
• Enhance market knowledge by participating in trade shows, engaging in professional organizations, and analyzing industry data and information.
• Deliver presentations at industry events, training sessions, and similar gatherings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the development of new products and technologies, as well as necessary product modifications based on customer feedback.
• A B.S. in Marketing, B.S. in Engineering, and/or an MBA is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in sales or cross-functional team building with B2B Industrial Products is necessary.
• Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is required.
• Familiarity with compressor products is preferred.
• Experience with sales funnels and strategic selling techniques is preferred.
