Market Development Manager – Korea

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Enhance Gratz's visibility across studios, teacher training initiatives, and partnerships.

• Collaborate with the Gratz Customer Service team to address customer service challenges in the area.

• Assist Marketing and Customer Service in launching new studios, expanding existing ones, and organizing events.

• Elevate brand recognition and foster community trust through social media, events, studio visits, and connections with key partners.

• Manage local service partners, ensure local parts availability, coordinate periodic bulk shipments, and maintain effective communication with HQ teams.

• Deliver structured market insights back to HQ.

⛳️ Requirements

• Successful completion of a 600+ hour Classical Pilates training program (or a 300hr+ Classical bridge program) along with teaching experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in business or operations.

• Willingness to learn and teach basic equipment maintenance.

• Professional demeanor, proactive attitude, and high level of trustworthiness.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.

• Capable of working independently while collaborating with a global organization.

• BA/BS (4-year degree) is preferred.
