This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Take charge of comprehensive market development from your local area.
• Promote new equipment, replacements, upgrades, and all-inclusive fitness solutions across a diverse range of commercial opportunities.
• Create your own pipeline through prospecting, referrals, networking, field activities, and strategic relationship building.
• Manage the complete sales process from outreach and discovery to quoting, proposal presentation, closing, and order coordination.
• Provide support in design, procurement, installation, service, asset management, and warranty management solutions.
• Act as a versatile market developer for Central region opportunities, strategic accounts, global prospects, and various segments that are still evolving.
• Minimum of 2 years in outside B2B sales, commercial fitness sales, business development, facility services, or related relationship-driven selling.
• Demonstrated capability to independently source opportunities and secure business without depending on substantial inbound lead flow.
• Pre-existing relationships in St. Louis, the Midwest, or other strategic commercial networks are advantageous.
• Self-sufficient hunter who excels in relationship sales and market cultivation.
• Availability during daytime hours Monday to Friday with flexibility for travel.
• Comfortable managing a variety of opportunities that may not fit neatly into a single category.
• Reliable transportation for site visits and face-to-face meetings.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Clean background and drug test necessary.
