This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Collaborate with a network of independent direct store delivery distributors to enhance good2grow sales in the designated territory.
• Take ownership and drive business performance within the Regional Sales team.
• Cultivate relationships with local chains in the independent and small format channels.
• Engage in distributor training sessions and present at sales meetings.
• Monitor, audit, follow up, and carry out store visits utilizing the VIP Karma app.
• Liaise with key influencers within the distributor organization regarding significant retail opportunities.
• Develop larger chains, local chains, and the independent market segment.
• Enhance good2grow's store visibility through kid-friendly shelving and multiple engagement points.
• Expand the availability of good2grow SKUs in the market.
• Complete all required administrative tasks promptly on Friday office days.
• Provide communication recaps, follow up with distributors, and send weekly updates.
• Generate weekly summaries and forward them to the immediate manager.
• Participate in, and occasionally present during, monthly MDM calls.
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales (preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry), merchandising, direct store delivery, or supplier sales.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel 80% of the time, regionally by car.
