This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mississippi.
• Review weekly and daily calendars to enhance staff utilization by scheduling new appointments, rescheduling inefficient visits, reallocating visit ownership, confirming appointments, and directly contacting patients as necessary.
• Offer administrative assistance to the team by overseeing and responding to Teams chats regarding incoming clinician scheduling requests or verifying Doxy capabilities with team members.
• Measure, track, and communicate staff productivity and utilization, while proactively identifying team members who are underperforming or are outliers.
• Support onboarding processes for new hires by optimizing schedules to create training opportunities and facilitate visit ramping.
• Coordinate scheduling updates between field-based clinical team members and the centralized scheduling team.
• May contact patients directly to book, reschedule, or confirm appointments.
• Carry out other job-related tasks as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare management, managed care, and/or a home health setting.
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector, such as healthcare management, managed care, and/or home health environment, is preferred.
• Required prior experience in analyzing performance and productivity metrics.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce is preferred.
• Demonstrated accountability for performance results and exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage a high volume of concurrent priorities.
• Proven verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
