Market Access Manager – Temp

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with HEOR and Global Market Access to create and submit comprehensive dossiers to HTA organizations.

• Develop and harmonize market access and pricing strategies in coordination with affiliate commercial teams.

• Relay payer requirements to global and local teams to enhance evidence generation and value dossier creation.

• Assist in strategies aimed at securing optimal pricing and access, while operationalizing these strategies through final negotiations.

• Contribute to global price-setting and facilitate local price negotiations with innovative approaches.

• Formulate tender strategies and oversee submissions in the Belgian market.

• Monitor and report on performance against market access plans utilizing KPIs and dashboards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in a Market Access role within the pharmaceutical industry.

• Familiarity with the Belgian market and a proven track record in HTA submissions.

• Expertise in crafting market access strategies and presenting compelling value propositions.

• Demonstrated capability to drive price execution for optimal commercial outcomes.

• Proficient in developing KPIs and dashboards to facilitate growth and performance.

• Experience in a multidisciplinary, matrix, and global context within the pharmaceutical sector, particularly in Belgium.

• A post-graduate qualification such as an MBA or MSc is highly preferred.

• Experience in Oncology/Haematology along with a solid scientific understanding of drug development is advantageous.
