Marathi Online Instructor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver live online Marathi lessons in alignment with the curriculum.

• Instruct students in reading, writing, speaking, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.

• Utilize digital tools to clarify concepts in an engaging and interactive manner.

• Create lesson plans, worksheets, and practice materials.

• Evaluate student progress and offer consistent feedback.

• Uphold learner discipline while fostering an engaging classroom atmosphere.

• Maintain professional communication with parents and students, ensuring timely submission of class reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong command of Marathi, including spoken, written, and grammatical skills.

• Clear pronunciation and the capability to teach phonetics if necessary.

• Ability to simplify concepts for beginners and young learners.

• Excellent communication and classroom management abilities.

• Patience, creativity, and a student-centered teaching approach.

• Prior experience in online teaching is preferred but not essential.

• Proficiency in using digital teaching resources such as slides, PDFs, videos, etc.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marathi / Literature / Languages, or Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed), or any relevant degree with strong proficiency in the Marathi language (higher qualifications like M.A. in Marathi are advantageous).
