Manufacturing Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage all elements of order fulfillment for Aerzen’s Pressure Swing Adsorption biogas-to-RNG upgrading systems projects.

• Act as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

• Review, assess, record, manage, and fulfill customer requests and orders.

• Develop, maintain, and drive project timelines.

• Comprehend budgets and steer projects accordingly.

• Communicate project status, issues, plans, and modifications to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with customers, contractors, vendors, project engineering, and inspectors from project award to final system commissioning.

• Oversee project budgets, cash flow, progress payment invoicing, and scope change orders.

• Monitor engineering and project submittals, component fabrication, equipment delivery, and testing.

• Ensure adherence to quality standards, project specifications, and the defined project scope.

• Manage vendors and coordinate timely delivery.

• Support and assist with testing and commissioning of Pressure Swing Adsorption systems and related equipment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

• At least 5 years of experience in project management or engineering.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Capability to interpret drawings, P&IDs, wiring diagrams, logic diagrams, and other engineering documents.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Project or a comparable program.

• Experience with Business Central or a similar ERP system.

• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

• Demonstrated experience in the biogas and RNG industry is advantageous.

• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.

• Must clear a drug test prior to commencing work.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; the employer participates in E-Verify.
