This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Conduct comprehensive manual testing throughout the entire product lifecycle, encompassing development, validation, and release stages;
• Create, implement, and uphold test cases and scenarios for functional, regression, and integration testing, particularly focusing on payment processes, transaction statuses, and financial accuracy;
• Assume complete responsibility for the QA process, guaranteeing consistent product quality across all releases;
• Independently validate and authorize releases, confirming platform stability and readiness for deployment;
• Validate financial transactions end-to-end: deposits (PUSH / ACH / wire / Fedwire), withdrawals, and crypto deposits to wallet addresses — ensuring accuracy of amounts, fees, currency/asset types, rounding, and balance reconciliation after each transaction;
• Test negative and edge cases essential for financial products: insufficient funds, duplicate/idempotent requests, transaction limits, rejected/failed payments, and partial states;
• Identify, document, and monitor defects, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolutions;
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements, payment business logic, and enhance product quality;
• Continuously improve QA processes, methodologies, and documentation standards;
• Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives;
• Over 2 years of professional experience as a Manual QA Engineer;
• Extensive hands-on experience throughout the complete product lifecycle in Agile settings;
• Strong proficiency in manual testing, including functional, regression, and integration testing;
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies and principles of test automation;
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of testing processes and make independent release decisions;
• Experience in creating test documentation: test cases, checklists, and bug reports;
• Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams;
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English;
