Manual QA Engineer – Middle/Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a team of developers to identify and resolve customer concerns with an emphasis on future prevention.

• Create documentation for testing procedures.

• Utilize your problem-solving abilities to address complex customer issues, delivering solutions that align with customer expectations and our service level agreements (SLAs).

• Continuously enhance your understanding of testing methodologies, technologies, and tools, while sharing insights and best practices with your team.

• Consistently expand your expertise on the products you support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong grasp of QA processes and testing methodologies.

• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.

• Demonstrated ownership of tasks and the ability to work autonomously.

• High attention to detail while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Familiarity with logging tools (Kibana) and monitoring systems (Sentry, Datadog).

• Solid understanding of database concepts and proficiency in writing complex SQL queries.

• Experience in testing APIs using tools like Postman or similar, with comfort working with RESTful APIs.

• Background in writing and managing test documentation.

• Strong fundamentals in Linux and Bash; proficient with Git.

• Experience with message brokers (Kafka).

• Upper-intermediate proficiency in English and a strong command of Russian.
