Manual QA Engineer – iOS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Conduct manual backend testing utilizing API tools and databases.

• Execute smoke, sanity, and regression testing for mobile applications.

• Develop and uphold test documentation, which includes test cases, bug reports, and checklists.

• Engage in SCRUM ceremonies and QA activities at every phase of the SDLC.

• Implement and assess A/B tests in partnership with product and analytics teams.

• Investigate, analyze, and document bugs with clear and actionable information.

• Take ownership of functional testing for new features, serving as the QA feature owner.

• Work closely with developers and product managers throughout the development lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in manual backend testing using API tools and databases.

• Experience in cross-platform testing for iOS and Android.

• Familiarity with proxy debugging tools such as Charles, Fiddler, or Proxyman.

• Proficiency in test management systems like Qase, TestRail, or similar tools.

• Experience with database operations.

• Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

• Experience with MongoDB Compass is an advantage.

• Background in marketing and analytics testing is a plus.

• Understanding or experience with A/B testing is advantageous.

• Collaborative experience with Product Support teams is a plus.
