Manual QA Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular testing of web, native applications, and PWA products across various internet connections and devices.

• Evaluate payment processes, encompassing deposits, withdrawals, and associated user journeys.

• Carry out competitor analysis and pinpoint essential product features, workflows, and enhancements in user experience.

• Assess CRM, bonus, and gamification workflows.

• Identify, document, and report bugs in a clear, structured manner.

• Test landing pages to ensure proper functionality, localization, and user experience.

• Generate regular QA reports detailing findings, issue descriptions, priorities, and testing outcomes.

• Examine marketing workflows, including registration, onboarding, and promotional mechanics.

• Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Payments, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution and resolution of issues.

• Promptly respond to new tasks, incidents, and product modifications requiring validation.

• Manage ad-hoc testing and operational requests as needed.

• Occasionally perform ad-hoc tasks outside of regular working hours (additional compensation provided).

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience as a QA Engineer working on a web-based product.

• Strong knowledge of the iGaming industry and key user flows.

• Experience in testing web applications across various browsers and devices.

• Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and Slack.

• Excellent bug reporting and documentation abilities.

• Capability to test using various internet service providers (e.g., Telefonica and others).

• Willingness and ability to register and test competitor websites as needed.
