Managing Immigration Attorney – B2C, EB-1A, NIW, O-1

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee a pod, taking full responsibility for its output and the individuals contributing to it.

• Provide senior-level review as a second chair on cases prior to filing.

• Mentor and develop the consulting and production attorneys within your pod.

• Ensure quality and performance at the pod level as a cohesive unit.

• Retain and inspire talent to facilitate attorney growth.

• Set the standard and exemplify Manifest's core values.

• Collaborate with firm leadership to enhance the Manifest brand.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and active admission to the U.S. bar.

• Over 10 years of experience with extensive knowledge in extraordinary ability and high-skilled visa categories (EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A), along with broader business immigration (H-1B, L-1, PERM).

• Proven experience in leading and developing attorneys.

• Strong judgment regarding case strategy and quality assessment.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
