This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Accountable for guiding and cultivating a team of Directors of Sales within a designated region or business sector.
• Enhances sales performance through leadership, converting regional strategies into actionable execution plans at the district and market levels.
• Fosters dealer relationships, enhances market results, and supports P&L performance across the designated districts.
• Oversees performance execution across assigned districts, ensuring that Directors of Sales achieve business objectives.
• Identifies performance gaps, manages expenses effectively, and consistently implements company priorities.
• Acts as a crucial link between the Regional Vice President of Sales and the field sales organization.
• Guarantees that sales initiatives, dealer strategies, performance expectations, financial discipline, and leadership standards are uniformly executed across districts and markets.
• Provides transparent feedback to the Regional Vice President of Sales regarding successful strategies and execution challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8 or more years of progressive experience in sales leadership, field leadership, business development, financial services, or complex relationship management.
• Demonstrated success in driving business results and P&L-related outcomes through leaders and teams.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold leaders accountable for performance, execution, leadership behaviors, financial discipline, and team effectiveness.
• Strong comprehension of sales execution, market performance, dealer development, field leadership, and the financial drivers of business performance.
• Capacity to utilize data, reporting, financial insights, and business metrics to identify trends, assess performance, and drive action.
• Excellent communication, influence, decision-making, and change leadership abilities.
• Established capability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
• Proven leadership presence in team meetings, field interactions, dealer conversations, and cross-functional collaborations.
• Competence in building trust, enhancing engagement, and fostering a culture of high accountability.
• Willingness to travel 50% to 75% depending on business needs.
• Must be a resident of Los Angeles, CA or willing to relocate.
