This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Define and spearhead the integrated Go To Market & growth strategy across Verity Solutions and CarepathRx, along with enterprise priorities.
• Convert executive goals into practical strategic plans with a 3–5 year outlook.
• Collaborate closely with the President and senior leadership team to shape the long-term vision, prioritize investments, and facilitate scalable growth.
• Identify, assess, and implement strategic partnerships to enhance products and commercial opportunities.
• Create strategies and business plans for new and adjacent markets, including specialty pharmacy, infusion services, and technology-enabled solutions.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships across healthcare providers, manufacturers, health systems, and technology collaborators.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Over 12 years of experience in strategy, growth/business development, or related leadership roles within healthcare, pharmacy services, or similar industries.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex strategic initiatives, including partnerships and market expansion.
• Strong business acumen, capable of evaluating financial, operational, and market dynamics to guide strategic decisions.
• Experience working in highly matrixed, cross-functional environments with management of executive-level stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while building scalable organizational capabilities.
