• **What You’ll Do**
• **Executive Leadership**
• - Act as the executive leader accountable for the comprehensive performance marketing function, encompassing Paid Media and Client Services.
• - Collaborate with the COO and the executive team to establish and implement the long-term strategic vision for Clever Digital Marketing.
• - Contribute to company-wide planning, growth strategies, and operational leadership as a member of the executive leadership team.
• **Paid Media Strategy & Innovation**
• - Take ownership of the overall performance marketing strategy, ensuring exceptional execution across Paid Search, Paid Social, and emerging channels.
• - Recognize and advocate for new growth opportunities, technologies, platforms, and optimization frameworks that enhance lead quality and drive client revenue.
• - Ensure our performance marketing initiatives remain data-driven, scalable, and in alignment with changing platform and industry trends.
• - Maintain comprehensive knowledge of major advertising platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Advertising.
• **Client Services Leadership**
• - Supervise the Client Services function, guaranteeing outstanding client delivery, retention, and account growth.
• - Create systems that seamlessly integrate Client Services and Paid Media, aligning teams around shared performance and business objectives.
• - Support senior client relationships with strategic oversight and executive presence.
• - Propel initiatives that enhance client retention, satisfaction, and expansion prospects.
• **Organizational Design & Team Leadership**
• - Design and scale the organizational structure across Paid Media and Client Services, ensuring clarity in leadership layers and responsibilities.
• - Lead and mentor a diverse, multi-disciplinary team of directors, managers, and specialists.
• - Develop strong leadership pipelines through coaching, mentorship, and succession planning.
• - Establish ascension systems that enable employees to advance into leadership positions.
• **Operational Excellence**
• - Direct quarterly and annual planning cycles for media strategy, departmental priorities, and performance forecasting.
• - Create and enhance scalable SOPs, quality assurance systems, marketing playbooks, and operational frameworks.
• - Collaborate closely with Operations and Analytics teams to implement systems that enhance performance visibility and decision-making.
• - Ensure teams operate under clear processes, strong accountability, and consistent performance standards.
• **Data & Performance Oversight**
• - Oversee performance reporting and forecasting across all paid channels and client portfolios.
• - Ensure teams utilize data and analytics to continuously enhance campaign performance and client results.
• - Set clear KPIs and performance benchmarks across departments.
• **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
• - Work closely with Operations, Analytics, and Executive Leadership to scale internal systems and infrastructure.
• - Support new business initiatives and agency growth opportunities through strategic leadership and expertise.
• **What We’re Looking For**
• - 10-15+ years of experience in performance marketing, with in-depth expertise in Paid Search and Paid Social.
• - 8+ years of senior leadership experience, including managing senior leaders such as Directors, Group Directors, and VPs.
• - Proven track record of overseeing large-scale paid media programs with monthly spends exceeding $10M.
• - Experience managing sizable teams of 50+ employees across various functions.
• - Agency experience leading both media strategy and client services delivery.
• - Strong operational skills with a history of building scalable processes, systems, and organizational structures.
• - Demonstrated capability to mentor and elevate senior leaders and department heads.
• - Exceptional strategic thinking paired with robust operational execution.
• - Experience integrating paid media, CRO, and creative strategies to achieve measurable growth.
