This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement the global PAM practice vision, service offerings, and market entry strategy.
• Manage the P&L for the PAM practice, focusing on revenue enhancement, utilization goals, and margin performance.
• Develop methodologies, delivery frameworks, and quality benchmarks for all PAM engagements.
• Represent the practice at industry gatherings, conferences, and in executive discussions with clients.
• Direct the entire talent lifecycle: workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and career advancement.
• Cultivate an inclusive environment that accommodates diverse working styles and time zones.
• Provide executive oversight and ensure quality across large-scale enterprise PAM implementations, migrations, and managed services.
• Advise on solution architecture for multi-PAM environments (CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea, and others).
• Act as the final technical escalation point for delivery obstacles, client concerns, and risk management.
• Enhance delivery methodologies, tools, and automation practices.
• Collaborate with sales leadership throughout the entire sales cycle—from presales scoping and solution design to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Build executive-level client relationships to facilitate account growth and renewals.
• Contribute to pipeline development through experience, account planning, and partnerships (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
• Work with marketing on content, case studies, and industry positioning that sets the practice apart.
• Over 10 years of practical experience in identity security and privileged access management, with a proven track record in delivering complex PAM programs at large enterprises.
• Extensive implementation and architectural knowledge of CyberArk, including EPM, PAM Self-Hosted, and Privilege Cloud. Familiar with BeyondTrust's Password Safe and Endpoint Privilege Management, as well as Delinea, Sailpoint, or other PAM/IGA solutions.
• Proven experience in leading PAM migrations, consolidations of platforms, and new deployments at an enterprise level.
• Knowledge of adjacent areas: identity governance, zero trust architecture, cloud IAM (AWS, Azure, GCP), and endpoint security.
• Experience in developing and operationalizing PAM programs across hybrid, cloud, and OT/ICS environments.
• At least 5 years of experience leading consulting or professional services teams, including direct oversight of globally distributed staff (20+ team members across various regions and time zones).
• Capability to recruit, develop, and retain exceptional consulting talent in a competitive landscape.
• Experience in managing practice P&L, forecasting, and resource planning within a consulting or managed services context.
• Familiarity with working alongside C-suite and CISO partners.
• Experience collaborating with enterprise sales teams through intricate, multi-partner sales cycles.
• Expertise in expanding business through client relationship management and development.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CyberArk Defender/Sentry, BeyondTrust Certified Professional, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.
• Background in a consulting firm (Big 4, boutique security consultancy, or systems integrator).
