This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Hold full P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, financial discipline, and long-term sustainability.
• Translate in-depth financial insights into strategic and operational decisions that maximize value creation.
• Meet or surpass key performance metrics such as revenue, EBITDA, ROI, and customer retention.
• Optimize capital allocation and ensure predictable financial performance across monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.
• Build and maintain high-performing teams capable of delivering outstanding results across all functions.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement that enhances both individual and organizational performance.
• Inspire, motivate, and develop teams to achieve ambitious goals and exceed expectations.

• Experience in building and leading executive-level teams.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies (including AI).
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
• Ability to simplify complexity, navigate ambiguity, and make bold decisions.

• Prior experience managing a B2B software company.
• Proven entrepreneurial mindset and traits of a pace-setter.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• Over 8 years of cross-functional leadership experience with P&L ownership.
• Broad financial understanding (P&L, BI tools, FP&A, financial documents).
• Experience in developing strategies for customer acquisition and market penetration.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex business challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
