📋 Description

• Drive sustainable business growth by strategically positioning the company in its markets and aligning operations with long-term goals.

• Achieve measurable enhancements in scalability, efficiency, and operational excellence throughout the organization.

• Promote consistent revenue growth via effective market expansion, cross-selling, and customer-centric strategies.

• Ensure strong customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to high retention and advocacy rates.

• Maintain clear, market-aligned product strategies and roadmaps that balance innovation with stability, aiding both new customer acquisition and retention.

• Cultivate an environment of innovation and technology adoption, challenging the status quo and leveraging emerging tools (including AI) to enhance products, services, and operations.

• Hold full P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, financial discipline, and long-term sustainability.

• Translate in-depth financial insights into strategic and operational decisions that maximize value creation.

• Meet or surpass key performance metrics such as revenue, EBITDA, ROI, and customer retention.

• Optimize capital allocation and ensure predictable financial performance across monthly, quarterly, and annual periods.

• Build and maintain high-performing teams capable of delivering outstanding results across all functions.

• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement that enhances both individual and organizational performance.

• Inspire, motivate, and develop teams to achieve ambitious goals and exceed expectations.

• Lead confidently through change, simplifying complexity, removing obstacles, and executing strategies that ensure long-term business success.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage a P&L and achieve sustained growth, profitability, and scalability.

• Proven track record in driving market expansion, launching new products, or transforming businesses.

• Strong financial acumen and the capability to make value-driven decisions.

• Experience in building and leading executive-level teams.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies (including AI).

• Exceptional communication and influencing skills.

• Ability to simplify complexity, navigate ambiguity, and make bold decisions.

• Resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations.

• Prior experience managing a B2B software company.

• Proven entrepreneurial mindset and traits of a pace-setter.

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

• Over 8 years of cross-functional leadership experience with P&L ownership.

• Broad financial understanding (P&L, BI tools, FP&A, financial documents).

• Experience in developing strategies for customer acquisition and market penetration.

• Ability to analyze and resolve complex business challenges.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
