This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Healthcare Client Partners and Account Executives by establishing clear objectives and performance benchmarks.
• Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies aimed at acquiring new healthcare clients while enhancing relationships with existing Enterprise accounts.
• Offer guidance, support, and coaching to help meet sales goals and foster professional development within the team.
• Drive initiatives to identify, pursue, and secure business opportunities with large healthcare organizations.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in prospective healthcare Enterprise accounts.
• Formulate and implement strategies to grow business within current healthcare Enterprise accounts.
• Recognize upsell and cross-sell opportunities to boost revenue and maximize client value.
• Establish and maintain robust, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations, serving as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, customer success, and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to client engagement and service delivery.
• Keep informed about healthcare industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to adjust strategies as needed.
• Effectively position solutions and anticipate client needs within the healthcare market.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients, team members, and participate in meetings with senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Over 9 years of experience in B2B sales and account management.
• At least 3 years in a leadership position managing sales teams.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience focused on acquiring and managing Enterprise accounts, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Experience in subscription, SaaS, professional services, or learning and development industries.
• Proven track record of leading teams to surpass sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Capacity to collaborate effectively across departments and influence various levels within the organization.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate and drive a sales team.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach and strong problem-solving capabilities.
