This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Identify and engage new prospect organizations to present State Street's offerings, demonstrate our value, and create business growth opportunities; foster new senior-level relationships within these target firms.
• Oversee the sales process from initial prospecting to closing, which includes lead generation, client meetings, prospect qualification, and completion of RFPs.
• Actively build and promote a pipeline of new clients, expedite the sales cycle, and manage the process through to closure.
• Implement client strategies and ensure the achievement of expected revenue targets.
• Regularly interact with client C-suite executives to comprehend their strategies and convey State Street's objectives.
• Formulate and communicate a unified One State Street/client strategic agenda to enhance client value and foster effective partnerships.
• Treat client relationships as a business, assuming responsibility for P&L management.
• Grasp the client’s strategic perspective on the relationship, the current service delivery, and the client’s future direction.
• Concentrate on both tactical and strategic matters, including product optimization, operational efficiency, and operating model design for your client.
• Manage business interactions with each client and leverage relationships with senior personnel across State Street and client organizations.
• Establish expectations and monitor service levels effectively.
• Ensure that all strategic Change Management Requests from the client receive prompt attention for business and operational analysis, cost estimations, prioritization, and managing client expectations.
• Create and implement client account plans in collaboration with other departments within IS and the broader STT framework. When suitable, define and agree on a service measurement program with clients that may involve client report cards and inquiry tracking processes.
• Guarantee that routine evaluations of service quality take place between key strategic clients and the SSBT client service delivery team.
• Enhance the overall client value across all of State Street by actively identifying, developing, and leading cross-selling opportunities, with support from Sales & Client Management to provide a seamless client experience.
• Lead a virtual team of executives and subject matter experts throughout all facets of Sales and Relationship Management.
• Proven history of increasing revenues for a global franchise.
• Demonstrated ability to operate and influence at client C-Suite levels.
• Strong comprehension of operational processes.
• Experience in managing large direct and indirect (matrixed) organizations across multiple locations.
• Established leadership capabilities and sales achievements.
• Exceptional time management and presentation skills.
• Documented record of meeting or exceeding financial objectives.
• Resources to assist in achieving a balance between professional and personal life.
