This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Establish the brand's vision and strategic direction to ensure optimal market alignment and profitability.

• Oversee the implementation and execution of the commercial strategy within regulatory guidelines.

• Drive and carry out commercial and business development initiatives, including marketing and public relations.

• Accountable for product research and innovation that is in line with current market trends.

• Manage daily brand operations related to player acquisition and casino management.

• Ensure adherence to market regulations in a rapidly evolving compliance environment.

• Oversee the profit and loss statement and secure funding from the group level.

• Advocate for company culture and values while fostering team cohesion.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading iGaming brands within regulated markets is essential.

• Demonstrated success in owning and scaling a brand or business unit with complete P&L responsibility.

• Proven capability to define and implement a long-term brand vision and commercial strategy.

• Ability to assess and enhance casino performance.

• Experience in leading small, agile teams.

• Willingness to engage hands-on when necessary.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with a familiarity with reporting tools and key performance indicators.

• Good functional and technical knowledge of iGaming products.

• Effective people leader with experience in building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
