This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary advisor that clients reach out to first. Cultivate and maintain senior executive relationships within your accounts, functioning as a strategic partner to client leadership.
• Propel account growth by identifying new opportunities, crafting proposals, and finalizing engagements that broaden scope and strengthen partnerships.
• Provide executive oversight throughout client engagement, ensuring that outcomes meet or surpass client expectations.
• Guarantee that every engagement is completed on time, within scope, and meets the high-quality standards we uphold.
• Manage project-level P&L, enhancing profitability through effective pricing strategies, resource allocation, and margin discipline.
• Inspire, lead, and nurture high-performing teams across the organization.
• A minimum of 8 years of consulting experience, including senior leadership roles with account responsibility and oversight of delivery.
• Proven track record of successfully selling and expanding client accounts while ensuring excellence in delivery.
• Proficiency in Lead-to-Cash, Data, or Digital/AI transformation (one or more areas required).
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing relationships with executive-level clients.
• Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to manage engagement economics, pricing, and profitability.
• Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree (technical or business) is preferred.
