This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the primary executive relationship holder for designated accounts, engaging with C-suite and senior leadership.
• Function as an extension of the executive team.
• Create and implement multi-year account strategies that incorporate the Account Protector, Builder, and Fixer playbooks tailored to account maturity and business context.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across delivery, operations, finance, and commercial sectors to ensure alignment with customer goals and consistent delivery of outcomes.
• Identify, prioritize, and pursue new business opportunities through proactive engagement and customized proposals.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional account teams to achieve significant results, ensuring accountability for financial performance, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an extensive understanding of the customer’s business environment and proactively drive opportunities for growth.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD, or equivalent) in life sciences, business, or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in clinical research, consulting, or strategic account management, including a minimum of 8 years in leadership positions.
• Strong knowledge of CRO operations, delivery models, and commercial practices.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, global accounts and fostering growth.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
