📋 Description

• Responsible for the comprehensive performance management, restructuring, integration, and optimization of underperforming software companies.

• Tasked with managing a unified group of brands known for low growth, outdated technology platforms, and significant embedded payments monetization opportunities.

• Complete P&L accountability for all brands within the Pallas Epos Group.

• Oversee the entire acquisition integration lifecycle from start to finish.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in integrating acquisitions into a centralized operational framework.

• Proven success in turnaround initiatives, restructuring, or portfolio optimization.

• Extensive knowledge of payments monetization models.

• Experience managing legacy software companies with limited investment capacity.

• Commercially focused and operationally disciplined.
