Managing Consultant IT Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic counsel to clients at the management and C-level to enhance IT performance and future readiness.

• Evaluate and analyze the IT organization (including infrastructure, operations, and IT Service Management) to pinpoint strengths and areas for improvement.

• Streamline processes and establish clear responsibilities to guarantee the effective and efficient delivery of IT operations.

• Offer technical guidance to consultants and foster their professional growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree along with a minimum of five years of relevant experience in project and consulting roles within IT operations or IT Service Management, preferably in leadership capacities.

• A thorough understanding of ITIL and other pertinent frameworks, with a track record of managing intricate IT organizations.

• Strong strategic thinking abilities, coupled with the capacity to analyze complex relationships and formulate practical recommendations.

• A high degree of personal accountability, a structured approach to work, and exceptional presentation and communication skills (German: business fluent).
