• Facilitate segments of client meetings and foster trust through effective communication and results-oriented insights.
• Develop and refine executive messaging frameworks to convey priorities, risks, opportunities, and recommendations efficiently.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support business recommendations.
• Construct financial models, operational frameworks, and tools to aid strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate across matrixed teams to collect information, synthesize viewpoints, and ensure consistency in messaging.
• Assist cross-functional teams in preparing for executive meetings, reviews, and strategic checkpoints.
• Play a role in the design, planning, and execution of significant initiatives, such as customer segmentation, operational readiness, and strategy refresh cycles.
• Conduct due diligence on strategic inquiries, including customer insights, operational data, and industry trends.
• Convert data and qualitative findings into insights that enhance leadership decision-making.
• Uphold a high standard of organization, version control, and proactive communication with project stakeholders.
• Ensure that deadlines and deliverables are achieved with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Prepare materials for enterprise summits, advisory boards, customer meetings, board presentations, and leadership offsites.
• Engage in continuous learning and development to improve consulting skills and industry knowledge.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Public Policy, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in management or strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar analytical role.
• Proven ability to distill complex information into clear storylines and structured deliverables.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Strong analytical capabilities with comfort in navigating both qualitative and quantitative data, including experience in developing financial models and business case analyses.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders.
• High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work extended hours as necessary.
