This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +3 more states.
• Oversee the facilities operations for the company's expanding portfolio of office locations.
• Formulate and implement EQT's strategy for workplace and facilities management.
• Supervise the daily operations of corporate offices, including maintenance and repair tasks.
• Manage the planning of office spaces and the standards for furniture.
• Ensure that facilities adhere to safety regulations.
• Utilize technology to enhance operational efficiency.
• Cultivate relationships with landlords and service providers.
• Perform site evaluations to maintain consistent standards.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in facilities management, including leadership roles.
• Proven experience in managing multiple office locations and overseeing distributed teams.
• Demonstrated capability to devise and implement facilities strategies within a corporate setting.
• In-depth knowledge of building systems, workplace operations, vendor management, and project management.
• Proficient in workplace technology platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships effectively.
• Capacity to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and lead initiatives with little supervision.
