Manager, WFM Enterprise AI Strategy and Planning

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversees the integration of workforce management (WFM) strategy within TD’s comprehensive enterprise AI and transformation agenda.

• Serves as the key coordination point for business transformation initiatives, financial planning, workforce strategy, and the evolving priorities of cloud and AI.

• Guarantees that WFM inputs are integrated early and accurately into enterprise decision-making processes.

• Responsible for monitoring workforce assumptions, capacity impacts, and financial consequences associated with major transformation initiatives.

• Converts enterprise-level decisions into actionable workforce plans, ensuring that risks and opportunities are well understood.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in workforce management, strategy, or planning within a large organization.

• Strong knowledge of contact center or operational environments.

• Experience in working with financial models and workforce forecasts.

• Capability to distill complex information into clear recommendations.

• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is advantageous.

• Direct experience in supporting, launching, or operationalizing AWS AI capabilities, agentic AI solutions, or similar cloud-based enterprise technology initiatives is highly preferred.

• Experience in shaping or supporting AI-enabled business strategies, including collaboration with technology teams on AWS platform decisions, agentic AI governance, implementation planning, or operational readiness.
