Manager, Transformation Program Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Lead the enterprise AI transformation portfolio to achieve optimal business outcomes.

• Identify opportunities and differentiate AI use cases from process-improvement requirements.

• Oversee the intake, prioritization, sequencing, and coordination of delivery across FDE, AI Enablement, platforms, and enterprise AI projects.

• Manage the status, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions, especially for FDE.

• Develop scalable standards, templates, governance, and repeatable operational processes.

• Remove obstacles from stalled engagements and establish operational fixes systematically.

• Act as the primary operational liaison for functional leaders.

• Prepare teams for workflow changes and promote solution adoption and sustainability.

• Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, Finance, Engineering, and various business units.

• Hold partners accountable even without direct authority.

• Create materials for executives, board members, and ownership.

• Convert technical delivery into clear business decisions and respond to CapVest inquiries.

• Maintain frameworks for planned vs. realized value and ROI.

• Partner with Finance and delivery teams to capture baseline metrics and outcomes.

• Monitor time recaptured, throughput, quality, cost avoidance, adoption, and revenue impact.

• Link defensible ROI claims to budget allocations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in program/project management or business operations.

• Proven experience managing cross-functional programs within a SaaS, technology, or PE-backed setting.

• Track record of driving multi-workstream programs to achieve financial and operational results.

• Capacity to create structure and take initiative in uncertain environments.

• Strategic acumen to prioritize high-impact outcomes effectively.

• Ability to discern where AI can provide value versus where process improvements are needed first.

• Experience in change management, promoting adoption and managing the human aspect of change.

• Outstanding executive communication abilities.

• Capability to independently create defensible materials for board and ownership review.

• Financial literacy and comfort in collaborating with Finance.

• Proficient in pressure-testing ROI models and establishing reliable value-tracking frameworks.

• Technical understanding of AI, enterprise platforms, and FDE delivery models without requiring engineering expertise.

• Skill in translating technical concepts for executives and owners.

• PMP certification is a plus.
