Manager, Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Assist in high-priority transformation projects that support Aledade’s performance and growth.

• Concentrate on expanding the delivery and enhancing the impact of value-based care insights within partner practice EHR workflows.

• Aid in initiatives that encompass analytics, tool implementation, practice adoption, impact assessment, and operations.

• Act as a collaborator with internal business intelligence, field, and practice engagement teams.

• Contribute to the wider transformation endeavors of Aledade.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required, preferably in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience or 3 years of professional experience alongside a relevant graduate degree (MBA, MPH, or MPP) is required, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in healthcare strategy or operations consulting.

• Understanding of AI as a business user, utilizing applications beyond chatbots (e.g., Claude Code or Cowork, Codex, etc.).
