This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Customer Enablement & Training:
• - Directly assist in the creation and execution of training programs that utilize your expertise in medical economics, offering customers actionable strategies for risk adjustment, cost management, network optimization, and contract forecasting.
• - Actively engage in and contribute to certification programs, applying your operational experience to both Arcadia’s internal and customer-facing training efforts.
• Platform Expertise & Customer Insight:
• - Act as a knowledgeable resource with comprehensive understanding of medical economics workflows that are essential for operational success in a value-based care environment.
• - Collaborate with Arcadia’s product, development, and data analytics teams to provide credible customer insights for improving product features and functionalities.
• Continuous Improvement & Content Development:
• - Recognize training and enablement resource gaps, utilizing your customer experience to design impactful programs specifically for medical economics professionals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• - Work closely with engineering, support, and professional services teams, shaping training and enablement content based on customer needs.
• Proven experience in medical economics, with in-depth knowledge in areas such as healthcare analytics and economics, VBC contract management, risk adjustment, network optimization, and cost management.
• Extensive hands-on experience with systems that support value-based care operations.
• Demonstrated capability to develop effective training materials and convey complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional project management abilities and a collaborative, results-oriented approach.
