📋 Description

• Customer Enablement & Training:

• - Play a pivotal role in the creation and execution of training programs that utilize your expertise in medical economics, offering clients actionable strategies for risk adjustment, cost management, network optimization, and contract forecasting.

• - Engage actively in certification programs, applying your operational knowledge to Arcadia’s internal and customer-oriented training initiatives.

• Platform Expertise & Customer Insight:

• - Act as an expert resource with in-depth knowledge of medical economics workflows essential for operational success in a value-based care context.

• - Collaborate with Arcadia’s product, development, and data analytics teams to provide valuable customer insights aimed at enhancing product features and functionalities.

• Continuous Improvement & Content Development:

• - Recognize gaps in training and enablement resources, leveraging your customer experience to develop impactful programs designed for medical economics professionals.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• - Work closely with engineering, support, and professional services teams, shaping the development of training and enablement content based on customer requirements.

• Proven experience in medical economics, with extensive knowledge in areas such as healthcare analytics and economics, value-based care contract management, risk adjustment, network optimization, and cost management.

• Significant hands-on experience with systems that facilitate value-based care operations.

• Ability to create effective training materials and articulate complex concepts in a clear and persuasive manner.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
